If you pass our automated tests, you will receive a letter (delivered through an NFT) from a U.S.-licensed attorney certifying that you are an "accredited investor" under Rule 501(a) of Regulation D promulgated by the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission. Companies you invest in will be entitled to rely on this letter as proof that you are an accredited investor, including for Rule 506(c) "public offerings" that otherwise require more stringent verification by issuers. The service costs $100 and the letter will generally be valid for 3 months.

DO NOT MISREPRESENT YOURSELF AS AN ACCREDITED INVESTOR IF YOU ARE NOT. Doing so may lead to the loss of your entire invested amounts, serious damage to the companies you invest in, and damages you must pay to MetaLeX, the companies you invest in, and/or their investors.
